Kinesiologist
Alyssa received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia (UBC). Prior to working at Kin Lab, Alyssa gained valuable experience in injury management and rehabilitation working with elite-level athletes as an Athletic Trainer for UBC Varsity Athletics.
As a Kinesiologist, Alyssa is passionate about working with individuals to create exercise-focused programs to help them recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and improve overall health and wellness. She believes in the power of education and empathy to help empower clients to foster long-term resiliency, better their movements, and become stronger as a whole.
In her spare time, Alyssa enjoys weight-lifting, playing soccer, hiking, and cooking.
Jennifer Stables
Senior Kinesiologist
Jennifer graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors of Kinesiology. Her current practice involves functional capacity evaluations, workplace assessments, ergonomic evaluations and return-to-work planning and monitoring for clients with musculoskeletal injuries. Prior to working in the area of functional capacity and return-to-work, Jennifer was involved in an interdisciplinary practice setting where she was responsible for the assessment and treatment of injured workers with physical disabilities and disorders.
When not providing Kinesiology services Jennifer enjoys camping, hiking, time with her family, and playing with her 2 dogs. She is also an avid runner, both road and trail.

Adelena Leon
Occupational Therapist
Adelena has extensive experience in mental health and supported employment program research, including working with adults and youth with moods disorders, psychosis, and addictions. She believes even through life changing challenges, people are resilient. People providing support and patience better accompany the road to recovery as well. Seeing how the varied types of support that occupational therapists provide to help their clients regain independence, improve self-care, and increase overall quality of life has contributed to Adelena pursuing this profession.
Currently, Adelena is focused on expanding her skills in concussion rehabilitation and exposure therapy for those who have experienced significant injury and/or trauma. Getting individuals back to meaningful participation is a key focus of her treatments. She values evidence-based practice and incorporates this with client perspectives to create treatment plans that help clients progress through their recovery journey.
When Adelena is not providing occupational therapy services, she enjoys spending time in nature, playing ultimate frisbee, and reading her latest book club’s pick.

Angela Eugenio

As an occupational therapist, Angela believes that engaging in meaningful activities is key to healing and recovery – this philosophy forms the foundation of her clinical practice.
In the community, Angela is privileged to serve individuals who have experienced changes to their physical or mental health, including conditions such as PTSD, concussion, musculoskeletal injuries, and chronic pain. Bianca Magdangal
Occupational Therapist
Bianca is passionate about the simple everyday activities in life and the meaning we derive from those moments. This passion, as well as her holistic approach to health and wellness, led her to pursue a career in occupational therapy after practising as a licensed kinesiologist at several private clinics in Metro Vancouver. Bianca has experience working with diverse client populations, including individuals with soft tissue injuries, chronic pain, neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, and mental health conditions. Bianca is eager to apply her background knowledge of sports and biomechanics while providing community rehabilitation services. In her final year of OT school, Bianca travelled to several research conferences to present findings from her collaborative work with individuals with spinal cord injuries.
When Bianca is not providing occupational therapy services, she enjoys running long distances, reading sad fiction novels, or meeting her friends for brunch or coffee. She also loves tropical climates and is most likely planning her next girls trip!

Brian acknowledges that every individual and their rehabilitation experience is different, requiring a careful tailoring of services. He has gained valuable experience working in interdisciplinary programs such as Occupational Rehabilitation, Concussion Management, and Mental Health programs. Colleen North
Senior Occupational Therapist
Colleen has extensive experience practicing community rehabilitation, including hospital discharge planning, equipment prescription, home modifications, designing and implementing functional restoration programs, job site assessment, job demands analysis, ergonomic assessment, and designing and implementing return to work programs. Complemented by her skills and knowledge with medical legal assessment (functional capacity evaluation and cost of future care evaluations). She has a breadth of experience including assessment and rehabilitation with clients with neurological injury including traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury, complex orthopaedic injury, musculoskeletal injury, chronic pain and mental health conditions including exposure therapy for clients with PTSD. Her experience as a sole charge therapist in a remote community, working on the brain injury unit at GF Strong, working in public home care programs, performing medical legal assessment both in Hong Kong and British Columbia, and working in program based clinics (pain programs, occupational rehabilitation, activity related soft tissue injuries) has contributed to her expertise in community based rehabilitation.
When Colleen is not providing occupational therapy services she can be found outdoors with her husband, hiking, biking, walking in the trails with their dog, or downhill skiing where they might catch a glimpse of one of their three teenage boys. Colleen is an avid tennis player and open to learning to new things, recently adding Nordic skiing and pickleball to her repertoire of outdoor leisure pursuits.

Jaclyn Simpson
Senior Occupational Therapist
Jaclyn has completed a wide range of occupational therapy work in both public health care and private health care settings. She has experience working in acute care as well as inpatient rehab and community rehab services. In these settings, she has worked with individuals with a variety of injuries including traumatic brain injury, soft tissue injuries, complex orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, and mental health conditions. She has vast experience specifically working with neurological conditions and brain injury, having worked as an OT on an acute neurological unit, an inpatient acquired brain injury rehabilitation unit, and providing community neurological rehab services. Currently, she is focussed on the provision of community rehabilitation services to support clients to maximize performance of home, community, and work tasks, using individualized treatment plans, goal setting and graded activity planning, return to work support, and wheelchair and home equipment prescription.
When Jaclyn is not providing occupational therapy services she loves to stay active, playing sports and games with her young, energetic children. She can also be happily found cycling, playing volleyball, practicing yoga, reading, eating tacos, and laughing with friends and family. Her current evidence-based practice includes home health and community rehabilitation, home accessibility/home modifications, ergonomic assessments, functional assessments, return to work planning and monitoring, job coaching, and conducting job site visits and job demands analyses while maximizing functional independence.

Katie Griffin
Senior Occupational Therapist
Katie has practiced as an occupational therapist in a variety of work settings including acute care, in-patient and out-patient rehabilitation programs as well as providing community rehabilitation services. She currently practices in both the public and private health care system.
She has worked with a wide variety of injuries/diagnoses, from soft tissue injuries, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and mental health conditions. Her clinical area of specialty is working with adolescents and adults with neurological injuries/diagnoses, including mild to severe traumatic brain injuries, cerebrovascular injuries, and neuromuscular conditions acquired at birth.
Katie’s focus has been on providing rehabilitation services to maximize functioning in the home, community and work settings, taking an individualized and client-centered approach to care. She has experience performing a range of occupational therapy assessment and treatment, including job site assessments, graduated return to work planning and monitoring, ergonomic assessments, community rehabilitation programs, exposure therapy and equipment prescription.

Linda Waithman

Linda has expert medical legal opinion and community rehabilitation experience working with pediatric and adult populations. She has qualified as an expert witness in the supreme court of British Columbia in the areas of Occupational Therapy, Functional/Work Capacity, Cost of Future Care/Life Care Planning, and Ergonomics. Her extensive experience includes assessment and rehabilitation with clients with neurological injury including traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury; complex orthopaedic injury; chronic pain; and mental health diagnoses including in vivo prolonged exposure programs for clients with PTSD. She has worked in the community providing in-home and community-based assessments, work site assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and hospital discharge support. She has worked for a number of referral agencies, including ICBC, WorkSafeBC, the BC Teachers’ Federation, and Veterans Affairs Canada.

Natalie Hull

Natalie possesses a broad range of professional experience from her time working in interdisciplinary pain programs in Alberta, assessing and treating clients with chronic pain, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders; and co-morbid diagnoses such as depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and addictions. She has worked extensively on return-to-work programs, and has provided functional capacity testing, job site visits, job demands analysis, ergonomic assessments and education, and graduated return-to-work planning. She currently focuses her clinical practice, mentorship, and teaching on mental health treatment, addressing functional limitations arising from anxiety and/or depressive symptoms. Nicholas Altieri
Senior Occupational Therapist, Founder
Nicholas has a diverse range of hospital and community based occupational therapy experiences from both Ontario and BC. He has performed hundreds of in-home assessments, attendant care assessments, and worksite assessments of clients with various types of injuries. He has provided recommendations for rehabilitation and return to work programs. He started his occupational therapy career in Ontario with the Toronto Western Hospital, where he practiced in orthopedics working specifically with injured workers through the Workplace Safety Insurance Board in Ontario (WSIB) Specialty Programs, as well as in the community with clients following total hip or knee replacement surgery. He has extensive experience in designing and implementing reactivation and functional restoration programs for individuals with a range of injuries and diagnoses, including chronic pain, psychological impairments and traumatic brain injuries. Kimberley Dimayuga

Kimberley is a passionate occupational therapist with extensive expertise in medical-legal assessments, brain injury evaluation, and supporting individuals in achieving their health and wellness goals. With a background in multidisciplinary treatment programs, return-to-work practices, community-based rehabilitation, and complex case management, Kimberley is skilled in comprehensive evaluations and treatment planning. This includes functional and cognitive capacity assessments and cost of future care analyses as well as community rehabilitation. Her work addresses a wide range of conditions, such as traumatic brain injuries, PTSD, chronic pain, and orthopedic injuries, with a focus on recovery, reintegration, and individualized care.
Kimberley’s practice encompasses assessment and rehabilitation services, and health and wellness planning with a goal of maximizing functional independence in daily living. She is particularly adept at guiding clients through the complexities of recovery and adapting to new challenges. Sukhman Sandhu
Senior Occupational Therapist
Sukhman’s desire for genuine connection , compassion, and curiosity fuels her passion for being an Occupational Therapist. Her journey has taken her from working on the frontlines in acute care and community practice to indirect care working on policy creation and quality assurance for rehabilitation practitioners in BC.
She hopes to take her understanding of health care supports in BC and her unique lens to better serve individuals in their journey to recovery. Sukhman’s current goals are to hone her skills in mental health and exposure therapy.
When Sukhman is not providing occupational therapy services, she can be found connecting with nature by hiking in the woods with her dog, cooking up a storm with her partner, or trying to find some sun abroad. She enjoys playing soccer, hiking, skiing, swimming in the ocean and is trying to find some more relaxing hobbies such as pottery.

Anita Rogers
Administrative Supervisor
With a Bachelor of Hospitality Management and over 15 years of experience working in administrative, sales and customer service roles, Anita has gained the ability to build long lasting relationships within different industries as well as anticipate the needs of her clients. She has applied her education and skills to a variety of retail, hospitality, and health care settings. She provides medical legal assessment referral coordination, treatment referral coordination, and overseas LiNK Rehab’s operations. Anita’s empathetic, organized, and practical approach to referral relations optimizes the interface between our clinicians and clients.
When Anita is not at work keeping our clinic running smoothly, she can be found baking delicious treats, discovering new restaurants, and growing organic fruits and vegetables in the family garden with her husband.
Jeanne Dupré
Administrative Assistant
Jeanne has gained extensive administrative support skills over the past decade working in medical legal, insurance, and health care realms. She has provided legal assistant support to both plaintiff and defense firms within Metro Vancouver, has extensive experience providing administrative support for a variety of ICBC departments, and is well versed at coordinating occupational therapy assessment and rehabilitation services. She possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrates excellent customer service focus.
When Jeanne is not at work with LiNK Rehab, providing much appreciated support to our OTs, she can be found geocaching in the community with her partner and his daughter, enjoying time with friends and family, and tap dancing!
Jenny MacCulloch
Administrative Assistant
Jenny in the past has worked as an Administrator in physiotherapy clinics, helping scheduling clients, setting up and organized office files, while also aiding the clinicians by prepping equipment and helping keep their days manageable.
When Jenny is not at work with LiNK Rehab, helping assist in administrative duties, she can be found spending time with her family and friends, coaching her daughter’s soccer team and enjoying the outdoors camping and quadding throughout B.C.
Sherry Farzamirad
Administrative Assistant
Sherry has honed her administrative support skills through years of experience in health and fitness, customer service, and retail management sectors. She has provided administrative support by scheduling and managing client appointments, maintaining effective written and verbal communication, as well as demonstrating strong task management, and interpersonal skills.
Outside of her role at LiNK Rehab, Sherry is dedicated to her studies as she pursues a path to Law School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and exploring walking trails with her cat, Yeti.
Christopher Choo Fone
Rehabilitation Assistant
Chris finished his Bachelor of Health Sciences from SFU in 2019 and has recently completed his diploma in Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistant from VCC. He has clinical experience working in various rehabilitative health care settings providing both physiotherapy and occupational therapy services including forensic mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, long-term care, and the community. He has worked with a variety of populations including clients with neurological conditions, mental health disorders, chronic injuries, and developmental disorders.
When Chris is not providing rehab assistant services, he spends his time practicing his photography skills, trying out new restaurants, going to the gym, or hiking. At home, he can be found practicing the drums, reading a book, or catching up on his Netflix shows.
Etleva Hodo
Rehabilitation Assistant
Etleva completed her Bachelor of Science of Nursing in 2011 in Albania. During her practicum she worked as an occupational therapist assistant in the inpatient unit of a hospital helping those with strokes, ortho and spinal chord injuries, as well as a physiotherapist assistant to cardiopulmonary patients in a telemetry and ICU unit. As a rehabilitation assistant and community support worker, Etleva has the pleasure of working with a variety of populations with many diverse conditions and abilities.
When Etleva is not providing rehab services, you can find her hiking and biking different outdoor trails with her son. She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes in the kitchen and overall just spending quality time with her family.
Ryan Hodgson
Rehabilitation Assistant
In his role as a Rehabilitation Worker with Link Rehab, Ryan will put his many years of one of one client skills to good use, both in the gym and in the water, to assist injured clients with their recovery. He is eager to help facilitate active rehabilitation and work simulation programs; provide education to clients regarding pain management strategies, etc., and assist them with completing their occupational therapy directed programs. Ryan has gained previous experience as a Personal Trainer, Certified with the BCRPA. He has worked in multiple gym facilities providing support to individuals with varying fitness levels, mental health conditions and chronic injuries. Ryan also has previous experience working as a Lifeguard which, in combination with personal training, helped him to develop a passion for fitness, health, and well-being, and a desire to help others to achieve their physical and personal goals.
When Ryan is not providing Rehabilitation Assistant services, he spends his time swimming at the pool, running the occasional marathon, taking his dog for long walks, going to the gym, playing co-ed softball, spending time with friends and family or trying out new restaurants in the Lower Mainland.
Sapna Gaba
Rehabilitation Assistant
Sapna finished her Masters in Physical Therapy from India in 2014 with specialization in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. She has many years of experience in multi-disciplinary settings such as outpatient rehab, as well as in hospital environments. She has experience in working with post-surgical rehab, chronic pain management, sports injuries and neurological conditions. Her current responsibilities include helping post MVA clients from ICBC, WSBC as well as community-based home rehabilitation.
When Sapna is not providing rehab services, she likes to spend her time with her family. Apart from that, she also likes to be close to nature and likes exploring new places.
Rachel Mackie
Rehabilitation Assistant
Rachel completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, with an active health and rehabilitation concentration at SFU in 2022. She recently earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Queen Margaret University in Scotland. With experience working in a physiotherapy setting, Rachel collaborated with physiotherapists and administrative staff to ensure the patients received comprehensive care throughout their rehabilitation journey. She has worked with diverse populations, including those in critical care recovery, community mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and pediatrics.
When Rachel is not providing rehabilitation assistance services, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, running, playing pickleball and soccer, and socializing with friends. She enjoys baking and is always eager to try new activities with family and friends.
